OYI-FAT24A Terminal Box
The OYI-FAT24A optical terminal box has an inner design with a single-layer structure, divided into the distribution line area, outdoor cable insertion, fiber splicing tray, and FTTH drop optical cable storage area. The fiber optical lines are very clear, making it convenient to operate and maintain. There are 2 cable holes under the box that can accommodate 2 outdoor optical cables for direct or different junctions, and it can also accommodate 8 FTTH drop optical cables for end connections. The fiber splicing tray uses a flip form and can be configured with 24 cores capacity specifications to meet the expansion needs of the box.

The Installation Instruction of the Box
Wall hanging
According to the distance between the backplane mounting holes, drill 4 mounting holes on the wall and insert the plastic expansion sleeves.
Secure the box to the wall using M8 * 40 screws.
Position the upper end of the box into the wall hole and then use M8 * 40 screws to secure the box to the wall.
Check the installation of the box and close the door once it is confirmed to be qualified. To prevent rainwater from entering the box, tighten the box using a key column.
Insert the outdoor optical cable and FTTH drop optical cable according to the construction requirements.
Hanging rod installation
Remove the box installation backplane and hoop, and insert the hoop into the installation backplane.
Fix the backboard on the pole through the hoop. To prevent accidents, it is necessary to check whether the hoop locks the pole securely and ensure that the box is firm and reliable, with no looseness.
The installation of the box and the insertion of the optical cable are the same as before.

OYI-FOSC H13
The OYI-FOSC-05H Horizontal fiber optic splice closure has two connection ways: direct connection and splitting connection. They are applicable to situations such as overhead, manhole of pipeline, and embedded situations, etc. Comparing with a terminal box, the closure requires much stricter requirements for sealing. Optical splice closures are used to distribute, splice, and store the outdoor optical cables that enter and exit from the ends of the closure. The closure has 3 entrance ports and 3 output ports. The shell of the product is made from ABS/PC+PP material. These closures provide excellent protection for fiber optic joints from outdoor environments such as UV, water, and weather, with leak-proof sealing and IP68 protection. -

All Dielectric Self-Supporting Cable
The structure of ADSS (single-sheath stranded type) is to place 250um optical fiber into a loose tube made of PBT, which is then filled with waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is a non-metallic central reinforcement made of fiber-reinforced composite (FRP). The loose tubes (and filler rope) are twisted around the central reinforcing core. The seam barrier in the relay core is filled with water-blocking filler, and a layer of waterproof tape is extruded outside the cable core. Rayon yarn is then used, followed by extruded polyethylene (PE) sheath into the cable. It is covered with a thin polyethylene (PE) inner sheath. After a stranded layer of aramid yarns is applied over the inner sheath as a strength member, the cable is completed with a PE or AT (anti-tracking) outer sheath. -

It is sliding type 2U height for 19 inch rack mounted application. It has 6pcs plastic sliding trays, each sliding tray is with 4pcs MPO cassettes. It can load 24pcs MPO cassettes HD-08 for max. 288 fiber connection and distribution. There are cable management plate with fixing holes at back side of patch panel.
