Armoured Patchcord
Oyi armoured patch cord provides flexible interconnection to active equipment, passive optical devices and cross connects. Armoured patch cords are constructed with a stainless steel tube over a standard patch cord with an outer jacket. The OYI-FOSC-01H horizontal fiber optic splice closure has two connection ways: direct connection and splitting connection. They are applicable to situations such as overhead, man-well of pipeline, embedded situation, etc. Comparing with a terminal box, the closure requires much stricter requirements of seal. Optical splice closures are used to distribute, splice, and store the outdoor optical cables which enter and exit from the ends of the closure.
The closure has 2 entrance ports. The shell of the product is made from ABS+PP material. These closures provide excellent protection for fiber optic joints from outdoor environments such as UV, water, and weather, with leak-proof sealing and IP68 protection.

The fibres are positioned in a loose tube made of PBT. The tube is filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A FRP wire locates in the center of core as a metallic strength member. The tubes (and the fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core. The cable core is filled with the filling compound to protect it from water ingress, over which a thin PE inner sheath is applied. After the PSP is longitudinally applied over the inner sheath, the cable is completed with a PE (LSZH) outer sheath.(WITH DOUBLE SHEATHS)

The OYI-FATC-04M Series are used in aerial, wall-mounting, and underground applications for the straight-through and branching splice of the fiber cable,and it is able to hold up to 16-24 subscribers ,Max Capacity 288cores splicing points as closure.They are used as a splicing closure and a termination point for the feeder cable to connect with drop cable in FTTX network system. They integrates fiber splicing, splitting, distribution, storage and cable connection in one solid protection box.
The closure has 2/4/8type entrance ports on the end. The shell of the product is made from PP+ABS material. The shell and the base are sealed by pressing the silicone rubber with the allocated clamp. The entry ports are sealed by mechanical sealing. The closures can be opened again after being sealed and reused without changing the sealing material.
The closure’s main construction includes the box, splicing, and it can be configured with adapters and optical splitters.
