Flat Twin Fiber Cable GJFJBV

The flat twin cable uses 600μm or 900μm tight buffered fiber as the optical communication medium. The tight buffered fiber is wrapped with a layer of aramid yarn as a strength member. Such a unit is extruded with a layer as an inner sheath. The cable is completed with an outer sheath.(PVC, OFNP, or LSZH)

Tight buffer fibers are easy to strip.

Tight buffer fibers have excellent flame-retardant performance.

Aramid yarn, as a strength member, makes the cable have excellent tensile strength. The flat structure ensures a compact arrangement of fibers.

The outer jacket material has many advantages, such as being anti-corrosive, anti-water, anti-ultraviolet radiation, flame-retardant, and harmless to the environment, among others.

All dielectric structures protect it from electromagnetic influence. Scientific design with serious processing art.

Suited for SM fiber and MM fiber (50um and 62.5um).

Packing And Mark

OYI cables are coiled on bakelite, wooden, or ironwood drums. During transportation, the right tools should be used to avoid damaging the package and to handle them with ease. Cables should be protected from moisture, kept away from high temperatures and fire sparks, protected from over-bending and crushing, and protected from mechanical stress and damage. It is not allowed to have two lengths of cable in one drum, and both ends should be sealed. The two ends should be packed inside the drum, and a reserve length of cable not less than 3 meters should be provided.

Micro Fiber Indoor Cable GJYPFV

The color of cable markings is white. The printing shall be carried out at intervals of 1 meter on the outer sheath of the cable. The legend for the outer sheath marking can be changed according to the user's requests.

Test report and certification provided.

    • OYI-ATB04C Desktop Box

      OYI-ATB04C Desktop Box

OYI-ATB04C 4-port desktop box is developed and produced by the company itself. The product’s performance meets the requirements of industry standards YD/T2150-2010. It is suitable for installing multiple types of modules and can be applied to the work area wiring subsystem to achieve dual-core fiber access and port output. It provides fiber fixing, stripping, splicing, and protection devices, and allows for a small amount of redundant fiber inventory, making it suitable for FTTD (fiber to the desktop) system applications. The box is made of high-quality ABS plastic through injection molding, making it anti-collision, flame retardant, and highly impact-resistant. It has good sealing and anti-aging properties, protecting the cable exit and serving as a screen. It can be installed on the wall.

Jacketed aluminum interlocking armor provides the optimal balance of ruggedness, flexibility and low weight. The Multi-Strand Indoor Armored Tight-Buffered 10 Gig Plenum M OM3 Fiber Optic Cable from Discount Low Voltage is a good choice inside buildings where toughness is required or where rodents are a problem. These also are ideal for manufacturing plants and harsh industrial environments as well as high-density routings in data centers. Interlocking armor can be used with other types of cable, including indoor/outdoor tight-buffered cables.

    • Air Blowing Mini Optical Fibre Cable

Air Blowing Mini Optical Fibre Cable

The optical fiber is placed inside a loose tube made of high-modulus hydrolyzable material. The tube is then filled with thixotropic, water-repellent fiber paste to form a loose tube of optical fiber. A plurality of fiber optic loose tubes, arranged according to color order requirements and possibly including filler parts, are formed around the central non-metallic reinforcement core to create the cable core via SZ stranding. The gap in the cable core is filled with dry, water-retaining material to block water. A layer of polyethylene (PE) sheath is then extruded.
The optical cable is laid by air blowing microtube. First, the air blowing microtube is laid in the outer protection tube, and then the micro cable is laid in the intake air blowing microtube by air blowing. This laying method has a high fiber density, which greatly improves the utilization rate of the pipeline. It is also easy to expand the pipeline capacity and diverge the optical cable.

    • Double FRP reinforced non-metallic central bundle tube cable

Double FRP reinforced non-metallic central bund...

The structure of the GYFXTBY optical cable consists of multiple (1-12 cores) 250μm colored optical fibers (single-mode or multimode optical fibers) that are enclosed in a loose tube made of high-modulus plastic and filled with waterproof compound. A non-metallic tensile element (FRP) is placed on both sides of the bundle tube, and a tearing rope is placed on the outer layer of the bundle tube. Then, the loose tube and two non-metallic reinforcements form a structure that is extruded with high-density polyethylene (PE) to create an arc runway optical cable.

    • ADSS Down Lead Clamp

      ADSS Down Lead Clamp

The down-lead clamp is designed to guide cables down on splice and terminal poles/towers, fixing the arch section on the middle reinforcing poles/towers. It can be assembled with a hot-dipped galvanized mounting bracket with screw bolts. The strapping band size is 120cm or can be customized to customer needs. Other lengths of the strapping band are also available.

The down-lead clamp can be used for fixing OPGW and ADSS on power or tower cables with different diameters. Its installation is reliable, convenient, and fast. It can be divided into two basic types: pole application and tower application. Each basic type can be further divided into rubber and metal types, with the rubber type for ADSS and the metal type for OPGW.

    • OYI-FOSC-D109H

      OYI-FOSC-D109H

The OYI-FOSC-D109H dome fiber optic splice closure is used in aerial, wall-mounting, and underground applications for the straight-through and branching splice of the fiber cable. Dome splicing closures are excellent protection of fiber optic joints from outdoor environments such as UV, water, and weather, with leak-proof sealing and IP68 protection.

The closure has 9 entrance ports on the end (8 round ports and 1 oval port). The shell of the product is made from PP+ABS material. The shell and the base are sealed by pressing the silicone rubber with the allocated clamp. The entry ports are sealed by heat-shrinkable tubes. The closures can be opened again after being sealed and reused without changing the sealing material.

The closure’s main construction includes the box, splicing, and it can be configured with adapters and optical splitters.
