Insert the optical fiber into the PBT loose tube, fill the loose tube with waterproof ointment. The center of the cable core is a non-metallic reinforced core, and the gap is filled with waterproof ointment. The loose tube (and filler) is twisted around the center to strengthen the core, forming a compact and circular cable core. Stainless steel buckles are manufactured from high quality type 200, type 202, type 304, or type 316 stainless steel to match the stainless steel strip. Buckles are generally used for heavy duty banding or strapping. OYI can emboss customers’ brand or logo onto the buckles. The core feature of the stainless steel buckle is its strength. This feature is due to the single stainless steel pressing design, which allows for construction without joins or seams. The buckles are available in matching 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 5/8″, and 3/4″ widths and, with the exception of the 1/2″ buckles, accommodate the double-wrap application to solve heavier duty clamping requirements. -
