The 12-core OYI-FAT08B optical terminal box performs in accordance with the industry-standard requirements of YD/T2150-2010. It is mainly used in the FTTX access system terminal link. The box is made of high-strength PC, ABS plastic alloy injection molding, which provides good sealing and aging resistance. In addition, it can be hung on the wall outdoors or indoors for installation and use.
The OYI-FAT08B optical terminal box has an inner design with a single-layer structure, divided into the distribution line area, outdoor cable insertion, fiber splicing tray, and FTTH drop optical cable storage. The fiber optic lines are very clear, making it convenient to operate and maintain. There are 2 cable holes under the box that can accommodate 2 outdoor optical cables for direct or different junctions, and it can also accommodate 8 FTTH drop optical cables for end connections. The fiber splicing tray uses a flip form and can be configured with a capacity of 1*8 Cassette PLC splitter to accommodate the expansion of the box’s usage.

The installation instruction of the box

1.Wall hanging

1.1 According to the distance between the backplane mounting holes, drill 4 mounting holes on the wall and insert the plastic expansion sleeves.

1.2 Secure the box to the wall using M8 * 40 screws.

1.3 Position the upper end of the box into the wall hole and then use M8 * 40 screws to secure the box to the wall.

1.4 Check the installation of the box and close the door once it is confirmed to be qualified. To prevent rainwater from entering the box, tighten the box using a key column.

1.5Insert the outdoor optical cable and FTTH drop optical cable according to the construction requirements.

2.Hanging rod installation

2.1 Remove the box installation backplane and hoop, and insert the hoop into the installation backplane.

2.2 Fix the backboard on the pole through the hoop. To prevent accidents, it is necessary to check whether the hoop locks the pole securely and ensure that the box is firm and reliable, with no looseness.

2.3 The installation of the box and the insertion of the optical cable are the same as before.

    • Duplex Patch Cord

      Duplex Patch Cord

OYI fiber optic duplex patch cord, also known as a fiber optic jumper, is composed of a fiber optic cable terminated with different connectors on each end. Fiber optic patch cables are used in two major application areas: connecting computer workstations to outlets and patch panels or optical cross-connect distribution centers. OYI provides various types of fiber optic patch cables, including single-mode, multi-mode, multi-core, armored patch cables, as well as fiber optic pigtails and other special patch cables. For most patch cables, connectors such as SC, ST, FC, LC, MU, MTRJ, DIN and E2000 (APC/UPC polish) are available. Additionally, we also offer MTP/MPO patch cords.

    • Galvanized Brackets CT8, Drop Wire Cross-arm Bracket

Galvanized Brackets CT8, Drop Wire Cross-arm Br...

It is made from carbon steel with hot-dipped zinc surface processing, which can last a very long time without rusting for outdoor purposes. It is widely used with SS bands and SS buckles on poles to hold accessories for telecom installations. The CT8 bracket is a type of pole hardware used to fix distribution or drop lines on wooden, metal, or concrete poles. The material is carbon steel with a hot-dip zinc surface. The normal thickness is 4mm, but we can provide other thicknesses upon request. The CT8 bracket is an excellent choice for overhead telecommunication lines as it allows for multiple drop wire clamps and dead-ending in all directions. When you need to connect many drop accessories on one pole, this bracket can meet your requirements. The special design with multiple holes allows you to install all accessories in one bracket. We can attach this bracket to the pole using two stainless steel bands and buckles or bolts.

    • Air Blowing Mini Optical Fibre Cable

Air Blowing Mini Optical Fibre Cable

The optical fiber is placed inside a loose tube made of high-modulus hydrolyzable material. The tube is then filled with thixotropic, water-repellent fiber paste to form a loose tube of optical fiber. A plurality of fiber optic loose tubes, arranged according to color order requirements and possibly including filler parts, are formed around the central non-metallic reinforcement core to create the cable core via SZ stranding. The gap in the cable core is filled with dry, water-retaining material to block water. A layer of polyethylene (PE) sheath is then extruded.
The optical cable is laid by air blowing microtube. First, the air blowing microtube is laid in the outer protection tube, and then the micro cable is laid in the intake air blowing microtube by air blowing. This laying method has a high fiber density, which greatly improves the utilization rate of the pipeline. It is also easy to expand the pipeline capacity and diverge the optical cable.

    • Fiber Optic Accessories Pole Bracket For Fixation Hook

Fiber Optic Accessories Pole Bracket For Fixati...

It is a type of pole bracket made of high carbon steel. It is created through continuous stamping and forming with precision punches, resulting in accurate stamping and a uniform appearance. The pole bracket is made of a large diameter stainless steel rod that is single-formed through stamping, ensuring good quality and durability. It is resistant to rust, aging, and corrosion, making it suitable for long-term use. The pole bracket is easy to install and operate without the need for additional tools. It has many uses and can be used in various locations. The hoop fastening retractor can be fastened to the pole with a steel band, and the device can be used to connect and fix the S-type fixing part on the pole. It is light weight and has a compact structure, yet is strong and durable.

    • Central Loose Tube Armored Fiber Optic Cable

Central Loose Tube Armored Fiber Optic Cable

The two parallel steel wire strength members provide enough tensile strength. The uni-tube with special gel in the tube offers protection for the fibers. The small diameter and light weight make it easy to lay. The cable is anti-UV with a PE jacket, and is resistant to high and low temperature cycles, resulting in anti-aging and a longer lifespan.

    • Loose Tube Armored Flame-retardant Direct Buried Cable

Loose Tube Armored Flame-retardant Direct Burie...

The fibers are positioned in a loose tube made of PBT. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A steel wire or FRP is located in the center of the core as a metallic strength member. The tubes and the fillers are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular core. An Aluminum Polyethylene Laminate (APL) or steel tape is applied around the cable core, which is filled with filling compound to protect it from water ingress. Then the cable core is covered with a thin PE inner sheath. After the PSP is longitudinally applied over the inner sheath, the cable is completed with a PE (LSZH) outer sheath.(WITH DOUBLE SHEATHS)
